What services do we provide?

By The Bay provides emergency funding to community clients. At this time, our help includes food assistance, small utility bills, and small miscellaneous requests. In the future, we hope to be able to offer larger amounts of assistance.
Who do we serve?

We serve community clients in Bucks, Delaware, Monroe, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania. We hope to expand when funding permits.
How can I receive services?

Due to capacity, we are only able to accept clients through referring agencies. We hope to be able to accept clients directly in the future.
How can I become a referring agency?
